I emerge from the lurkers' shadows to happily relay the news that 10cc's 
Graham Gouldman and Kevin Godley will be my guests for the entire hour 
on this Saturday's Pure Pop radio show.

Live from London, Gouldman and Godley will be talking about their very 
cool, recently-released new songs (four of them, to be exact, available 
at www.gg06.co.uk), and their considerable, musical pasts (I mean, 
Gouldman wrote "Bus Stop," you know what I mean?!). You'll hear some of 
the new songs and some choice blasts from the past.

In other news, Pure Pop will be heard from noon to 2 pm EST on Sundays, 
beginning July 30. The new, 2-hour slot will give me the opportunity to 
stretch a bit and include more of the greatest pop in the universe in 
each show. Also, I'll now have time for interviews and archival chats 
with the pop elite from throughout the show's past. I'm really looking 
forward to the change! I hope you'll all come along for the ride.
