David Bash recommended the first 5 Moody Blues UK reissues. I bought them and loved all 5. Can anyone tell me why "Every Good Boy Deserves Favour" and "Seventh Sojourn" were not included in the reissue series? Thanks.

By the way, I strongly recommend the latest Peter Murray CD.
