Doesn't Grass by XTC have a football refence as well? Some more obscure titles are a series of various artists called Bend It that were put out in Japan on the Trattoria label run by Cornelius (Keigo Oyamada). Gina Harp ,who is married to the venerable Mike Alway, compiled material from the 3 or 4 Bend It releases onto one disc on her short-lived Harp label out of San Francisco which should make one a bit easier to find here in the states. A UK group called the Halftime Oranges had at least 2 full albums of football inspired songs as can be surmised by the name of the band.
