Michael that is a good one isn't it? I'd never heard it before. For the new album, Roy and I made up lists of possible covers, but it just got too silly. Roy had 24 new songs, most of which were great. We cut 18 I think. It's a bit of Roy Loney's magical musicial history tour. When we started, he kept saying "Aftermath". Well, with one or two exceptions that isn't the case. The only connection to that Stones album would be that it'll be the first Longshots album of all original material. There was talk of Roy finishing up an unused Donovan's Brain tune, and another from Joey Kline, but I don't see that happening for this record. It's just such a perfect balance. This week should be good fun... It looks like Roy can make it out at the end of May as planned... there are a few chores to be done back in Seattle, but that will just about round it up....
