There was much ballyhoo and bellyaching this week over The New Cars 
appearing on Leno with Todd Rundgren replacing both Ric Ocasek and Benjamin 
Orr in the band.

My new album Time Enough At Last (due April 20) features my own homage to 
the new wave gurus called "You've Done It This Time" (on rotation on my 
MySpace homepage -- link below). EMI Canada thought the song was so true to 
the spirit of the classic Cars sound that they hired me to sing a remake of 
The Cars "Just What I Needed" for a sample being used in a track for the 
upcoming album by Canadian hip-hop DJ crew SOUNDBALANCE. I'm looking forward 
to this as the album also features Tower Of Power vocalist Lenny Williams. 
I'm not worthy.
