I have the album...it's Ocasek and Orr, with Hawkes on
one song.

It's a CSN wannabe album, pretty much.  Hawkes does a
horn arrangement on that one song, which is by far the album's
best.  Mostly the rest is pretty forgettable.

Best early album by someone who would have a pop hit
in the 70s is David Geddes band, The Fredric, and their
album PHASES & FACES.
