Since I am dismayed by the realization that my last two posts were wholly concerned with matters thirty years gone, allow me to demonstrate that my boots are planted firmly in the now by adding that, while I didn't buy enough albums in 2005 to make a top ten or top twenty list a worthwhile exercise, I too am eagerly looking forward to using the posted results of the Audities poll as a shopping guide in 2006. I've done that in past years, to generally good results.
