And two nights ago, following the Dailey Show,  on the "Colbert 
Report", Colbert had a segment on the news that Rick Springfield is 
returning to "General Hospital". 
 Colbert said something like "Since Springfield left the show he has 
continued to play his songs to increasingly smaller and older 
audiences".  

Ouch.
