My ears rang for 7-8 years after seeing The Ramones.  I had pretty much
assumes it would be for life, but it eventually stopped.  The volume and
pitch of the ringing would change radically during the day, sometimes so
loud I wouldn't talk on the phone with the bad ear.

I hear Pete T's have stopped ringing too.
