I, for one, LOVE Pandora. I've already discovered a dozen or so artists that way. They'll pick up more obscure stuff as they gain exposure and momentum... I sent them virtually the entire Q Division Records catalog after I found out about them, and I'd wager other indie labels will follow suit as word gets out.
