Sulton sent an email to his fans yesterday confirming the whole thing; then today backed off, saying that they had cut tracks but the touring was not finalized. Presumably its a money gig for Rundgren. If indeed the project is built around a new album, then the band would be playing new TR-penned material (I assume he would have been a major contributor to the songwriting.) If this was Easton, Hawkes, Prince, Sulton, and Rundgren in a new band, and we assumed that the concerts would feature the new album, Cars songs, and Todd songs, would that play any differently in this room? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dave Seaman" To: Cc: "Doug Tybor" ; "Friends at Guidance" Sent: Tuesday, November 15, 2005 3:01 PM Subject: Used cars? > ------------------------------ > > << From: Brian Curtis > The "New Cars": > Elliot Easton, Greg Hawkes, Todd Rundgren, Kasim Sulton, Prairie Prince. > They've been recording new songs, and plan to tour throughout 2006.>>> > > Am I the only one finding this a bit hard to believe?
