Yes!  I saw him do a private thing at a studio 10 miles south of Eugene in
Cottage Grove. The guy was totally mesmerizing. Kinda, though not entirely
Jon Brion meets Tom Waits. The Jon Brion feel emerges in his rather
cinematic by way of Tin Pan Alley style. Early summer I was obsessed with
this album.  Really great.
