It was recorded by his old band Brinsley Schwartz, and is on pretty 
much any anthology of that band's work.

Basically, if Lowe or Edmunds released a record between 1977 and 1980, 
Rockpile were the backing band, although both guys also did 
one-man-band recordings during this period as well.
