Jim, Just so you know ,I am very high on the review .That is why I quoted it.I love Pat's reviews, and consider Mojo a great source. My editorial comment only came about as I typed the quote and heard fellow members saying "Oh C'mon".I really consider Pat's "20 year" theory to be quite possible. I actually read the review on a plane ride to San Francisco. And it has stuck with me.I went back and read the whole review again ,I enjoyed it so much. And maybe you can help me here. When he refers to the album's title, "Road to Rouen" he says "get it?"I don't.What am I missing? . >From: Jim Lines >Reply-To: audities@smoe.org >To: audities@smoe.org >Subject: Re: Supergrass; was Power Pop on Sound Opinions >Date: Tue, 13 Sep 2005 21:24:45 +0200 (CEST) > >Pat Gilbert is a very good friend of mine and I can assure you that these >words were not tongue-in-cheek. >By the way, any fans of The Clash should check out Pat's biography of the >band.
