My personal favorite is Mike Mills' (REM) version of it from the REM
Christmas single two or three years ago. He recorded it at Mitch Easter's
place in Kernersville, N.C., along with a terrific version of Alex Chilton's
"Jesus Christ."
Made my holiday a lot warmer that year.
