Hey Everyone,

While Dave Bash takes I.P.O. up the California coast to the city by the bay, 
things will still be poppin' in SoCal on Saturday, August 13th, as six cool 
pop acts perform at the City of Stanton's Annual Summerfest in the O.C.

The event will take place from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm at Stanton Park---7800 
Katella Ave., at Cedar Street---in Stanton.  The park is about two miles north 
of the 22 Freeway, off of Beach Blvd.

This year, Summerfest will feature a Chili Cook Off, Craft Boutique,
Business Expo, Children’s Fun Zone, Creation Stations, Games, Stage 
Entertainment, Music, a Food Court and the 2nd Annual PT Cruiser Meet & Greet.  Fun, as 
they say, for the entire family. 

Each band will be performing 40-45 minute sets, starting on the hour.  Here's 
the schedule:

12:00 - Run Home Jack (Stanton's local "Battle of the Bands" winner)
1:00 - Pink Slip
2:00 - Kenny Howes
3:00 - Barry Holdship
4:00 - The Shambles
5:00 - Andy Creighton & the World Record
