@@@My take is, like most things in life, it's not often a simple "you 
either you do it or you don't" proposition. The passion and meaning it 
brings has to over ride the headaches. It sounds like Jamie and Bruce 
and others know the headaches but love what they do enough to continue 
on (at least at this moment in time). It seemed clear enough to me. I 
read their posts as "understanding" DP's decision, not complaining 
about there own.  Decisions about career, or other major changes in 
life, often have things you both lose and gain with either path one 
takes. But come on, you know that.
