I think I'm just too stubborn to quit. I can't imagine doing anything else in my life other than music. It was my goal to be working in the biz, in some capacity, right from public school. It took me a long time to get where I am and I have a label with a 20 year legacy now. My 11 year old daughter has been pretty vocal about taking over the old man's company when I'm too old to rock and roll. She's smart as a whip and has become a better musician already than I was at that age (she can play guitar and has her Grade 4 Royal Acadamy certificate in piano now). If nothing else comes out of my music career, this may be my proudest moment (though my 7 year-old son is now hinting at wanting to play drums which would just have me chuffed to no end!) And hats off to those guys like Bruce and Jeremy and Anna Borg and Ralph Alfonso (happy 10th to Bongo Beat!!) who do this just....well....because.....
