Which brings to mind the profile of Nic Harcourt I read in the NY Times Sunday Magazine last week that mentioned he was working on a podcast of Morning Becomes Eclectic. I can't even imagine getting clearance for all that music, or is podcasting considered the same as over-the-air broadcasting in this case?
