I still love the guitar solo of "Goodbye To Love" - it always sounded 
best on AM radio where the midrange boost cut like a razor. It never 
sounded the same on CD. I wish I had the original 45 so I could compare 
mixes.  I think it was the first Carpenters 45 I bought back in 1972 (10 
years old!)
