My wife is at the Barrie show north of Toronto. She's been there since about 9AM where they were running the UK feed on the big-screen....and she was able to see all the opening ceremonies, et al. Tom Cochrane, Bryan Adams and Simple Plan have played....Burton Cummings bailed out on the Cummings/Bachman Band performance....but Randy will carry on with The Carpet Frogs as the backing band. Singer Nick Sinopoli can still do a decent Cummings impersonation. Speculation is that Neil Young will close the day with a recreation of the 1985 charity single "Tears Are Not Enough"...as about a dozen principle voices from that original collaborative song are on-site in Barrie today. Jaimie Vernon, Also waiting for Pink Floyd's performance to see if Waters will tie Gilmour to the floating pig and send it drifting off into the English countryside. :-)
