Any Auditeers who will happen to be in Central New York this weekend should 
be informed that Screen Test will be making a VERY rare live appearance this 
Saturday night,   July 9th, at Shifty's on Burnet Ave in Syracuse.   Screen 
Test, a trio formed by three of The Flashcubes (Gary Frenay, Arty Lenin and Tommy 
Allen) when the 'Cubes split up in 1980, will be releasing a CD anthology 
later this year.   Saturday's show will be, I think, only the second-ever Screen 
Test live gig this century, and only their third in the last ten years; they're 
a terrific live act, with a big stack of terrific original songs, and if 
you're in the area, this is a treat not to be missed.   Cheers, CC!
