I think it's probably a photo of Fountains of Wayne when they appeared as The Hollies in that show on NBC this year.  

Note the "es" on the bass drum -- possibly the last two letter is "The Hollies" -- and that the guys in the photo look like the guys in Fountains of Wayne.
