I thought the General Lee's doors didn't open, but Jessica opened the driver's door to get out.  What's the deal?

She wasn't in the Daisy car-how did she get to drive the General? Was
that common? Then she goes into the bar and I thought they went to
Deadwood.

Don't care for her vocals and I knew it was a matter of time before they
did the standard extra dancers behind her bit.

Not a good thing except for Lee Hazlewood who will get a royalty check.
