You can't top Nancy's version...but if I had to listen to another one, I'd choose The Fast's version!

I saw this on MTV last night. I was totally unprepared for how bad it really 
is. Sure, I thought it would suffer in comparison to Nancy Sinatra's version 
of the song, but I thought it would be fun anyway. But NO: I couldn't even 
understand a single word she was singing. And the way they produced the song 
to sound like every other Britney Spears style dance tune. Why even bother?


If you really want to hear a good current cover of "These Boots Are Made For Walking", check out the version by the splendidly trashy Detroit quartet called Bazooka Jones. It rocks.
