That would actually be a quote from the bible (that is, "Get behind me Satan"; the rest of the the Donkey Jaw lyric is original, if banal, 70s feel-good tree-huggery). It's a fairly common turn of phrase for people fighting temptation (frequently spoken with tongue firmly in cheek, in my experience).
