It's not a one-stop, but I have always had tremendous luck with Amazon's Marketplace sellers. It's the same set-up as Half.Com, basically, but in my experience, it's run much much better. In particular, if I have the opportunity to buy CDs or DVDs from a Florida company called Caiman, I jump on it: their prices are uniformly low, and I've never had any trouble at all with quality of merch. For example, a few weeks ago, I bought the complete Style Council box set from Caiman. It arrived in perfect shape a week later, in the shrinkwrap. Price: about $43, plus $2.49 shipping. Amazon proper wanted over a hundred bucks.
