There must be  other people besides me
who wished back in the early eighties that  Loverboy
had been thrown headlong into a vat of sulfuric acid.
Seeing  Mike Reno embarrass himself on national
television twenty years past his  sell-by date was the
next best thing.


My vat was filled with Loverboy, Foreigner, Journey, Styx and Bryan Adams.  
The funniest part of Hit Me was Reno suggesting "songwriting" as the reason for 
 Loverboy's longevity. 
 
Btw, I hear the Romantics will also do this show. I'd rather see them  than 
the Knack and Tommy Tutone both. Any chance the Raspberries also trot  out for 
this?
