Did this CD boot up with a video or special features section where you had to agree to their terms to watch it? You proably let it install the MediaMax copy protection system. The good news is this site explains how to remove the dll file that keeps you from ripping it. http://www.cs.princeton.edu/~jhalderm/cd3/ If thats not the problem - try a different CD to Mp3 ripping program like Exact Audio Copy or Audiograbber.
