Hi, I do not think it is easy to be Paul McCartney. Lennon was murdered, Harrison almost killed, Paul has to think about security. But instead of shutting down like some prudent people would, he walks the streets of Manhattan like you and I. Instead of reclusive retirement, he chooses to share his gift with the world. The kidnapping threat is omnipresent, security is expensive, his vast income doesn't just go for Gucci daubles but for the necessities of keeping safe in a mad world. See ya, Sherman BTW, the best $10 bucks I spent this year was to attend IPO Chicago Friday night. I got to see Off Broadway again after about twenty-five years. I can't describe in words the experience - they are certainly one of the best bands around. Unbelievable dual guitars and Cliff Johnson's voice is powerful. I was unprepared for the stage antics - they put on a very humorous show. They did three Beatles covers and the phenomenal return encore of "Eddie's Pals". The first generation power pop bands have the original recipe, and are special.
