Your assumption is correct.  He's got this setup built around a Gibson
Echoplex and various foot switches that lets him multitrack right then
and there.  Drums, bass, piano, rhythm gtr, leads, and whatever other
noises it occurs to him to throw on.  You gotta see him do this to
