Hi folks,
to complete Joe's review (hi Joe!) Jim just sent me his new effort "safe in  
sound" released on his own label (Bluhammock Music/www.bluhammock.com) 12 
track,  57 minutes of Hapiness, perfect Pop, in my top 10 of 2005. Featuring Butch 
 (Eels) Aimee Mann, Jill Sobule, Pete Thomas (Costello's Attractions) Wayne  
Kramer (yes THE MC5 guitar player!) Emitt Rhodes(yes who you know) Jusdtin  
Meldal-Johnsen (Beck) Emitt signed one title, Aimee another one.
"Fidelity is the ennemy" was an amazing surprise in 2001,  "safe in  sound" 
is a real winner, pop at his best. I met him in France for an acoustic  gig 
featuring Marykate O'Neil and Jill Sobule and this guy paid my attention.  Great 
guitar player, amazing singer, he did some covers (while my guitar gently  
weeps, girl, maybe I'm amazed) and he shined all the night.
finally, he has a great sense of humour and he is simply of one my fav  
songwriter (with T. Keene, Jason Falkner and some others)
tonight is Pop Dreams time and his album is "album of the week" in my radio  
show. I will broadcast some other goodies from him (go to his website ;
