So the Fountains of Wayne official site apparently has updated with the track information for the FOW rarities comp, and the "official" track list includes more tracks than were originally mentioned in the RS article. Specifically they add a whopping 3 (!) MORE totally unreleased tracks to the package, plus "Chanukah Under the Stars" which is only like 20 seconds long anyway. Here's the new info:

  a.. The Official Fountains of Wayne site has posted their own tracklist (below) that features more tracks than the one posted by Rolling Stone and other media outlets. Those additional tracks are "Number 45 Sunblock", "City Folk Morning" and "Small Favors". Additionally "Chanukah Under The Stars" gets it's very own track number rather than being a hidden track at the end of "The Man in the Santa Suit." Here's the tracklist:
