Not too long ago, I was making a mix disc, and I pulled out Tsar's debut. And while I didn't think it was the best album the year it was released, I definitely thought it was terrific. As I started going through the tracks though, I didn't think the album had held up very well. A lot of sizzle, not as much steak as I remembered.
