About the Author 
For the past quarter century, Wayne Coy has made his living  a 
multiple-award-winning radio program director and morning show host. Before  Bay City 
Babylon, his previous writing experience  included freelance work for newspapers and 
magazines in Northern California. He  also spent time as the top forty radio 
editor for GAVIN,  the highly respected San Francisco-based weekly music trade 
publication. 
Coy is married with four children and resides in central Virginia.
