I got the new Ben Folds disc in the mail last night.  I had ordered it from his site, because it came with a free bonus CD called Songs For Goldfish (which you can also buy on the site).  I got the deluxe edition.  It looks like a book (my Beck deluxe edition of "Guero" was the same).  40 pages including lyrics and photos, the CD , and a DVD with the making of the CD.
 
I like Silverman.. it's alright.. but I think it's his weakest CD.  Even on his site, he mentioned that he didn't record it as a complete CD, but as individual songs.  And then, there's the fact that it DOES sound like a lot of his old stuff.   There are songs that are almost the same tune as older ones.  I'm sure it's going to grow on me.. I like about half of them right now.
