Well, I bought mine in December 2004. But okay, it may have been a 
promo, though there's no punch, no cut, no visible sign of that.

Apropos of Rouse, I just saw the video for "Love Vibration" off the 
Fact/Fiction dvd that comes with the later pressings of "1972". What a 
great piece of work!
