So true!  I loved "A Walk Across The Rooftops" and "Hats", but there was such a looooong delay until the next album (whose title escapes me) that I sort of lost interest in them by that point.   I thought "Stay" from "A Walk..." could/should have been a huge hit.  Very techno-poppy.
