That's because it came out in 2003 as a 7-song disc.  When I saw it on some
2004 lists I'd assumed it was the same disc, and that some people got it a
few months after its release and counted it as a 2004 release.  I finally
got the full, 10-song version today.  It would have definitely ranked high
on my list of 2004s as an album, though with two of the extra three songs
clocking in at :57 and 1:34, designating it as an album is a bit of a
stretch.
