I am very happy with my Zen Touch. I also decided I didn't want to be tied 
to Apple's proprietary format. I don't actually buy that much music online, 
but I figure it's better to have multiple choices.

My only caution about the Zen Touch is that Creative's bundled software is 
pretty lousy and can have compatibility problems with Windows Media Player. 
But I've ended up using Notmad from Red Chair Software 
(www.redchairsoftware.com), which I recommend most enthusiastically. It's 
far superior to the bundled anyway.
