I agree about that track. Outstanding!  For me, though, I have to stop and 
think about the factors that make it great. I'd bet the biggest reason "I" 
personally enjoy it is the Trevor Horn production style.  Another is that 
the collaboration with Declan McManus seemed to produce some nice tracks 
(as well as some I couldn't stand).
