My top 10 for the year 2004... 1) The Porcupines: "EeenieMeenieMeineeMojo" 2) The Lolas: "Something You Oughta Know" 3) Eugene Edwards: "My Favorite Revolution" 4) David Grahame: "Eric" 5) Cliff Hillis: "Better Living Through Compression" 6) The Well Wishers: "Twenty-Four Seven" 7) Herb Eimerman: "& I You" 8) Raquel's Boys: "Music For The Girl You Like" 9) FFH: "Still The Cross" 10) David Grahame: "DT & The Disagreeables" The Porcupines disc brought the biggest smile to my face this year and was played the most, even though the quantity of songs was less than most. I thought there was a lot of great music released this year, probably the best year overall (for me) since 1999. I realize FFH won't make too many lists here (somewhat "polished" Contemporary Christian Pop), but I like them a lot and think they write strong songs. My apologies to Rick G. (Cloud Eleven) and Eytan M., your discs are next on my list for purchase, sometime soon! I think they coulda been contenders, from what I've heard... Jon O.
