This is probably old hat to many Kinks fans on here, but I recv'd today a mail order copy of The Kinks BBC Sessions 1964-1977... It reinforced my endearment to the music of Ray Davies and company... It also proved that The Kinks were quite the kick butt band live (in the BBC studios mind you, but live nonetheless)... Every performance on this 2 CD 36 cut release is worth its weight in gold... So glad that someone at the BBC had the good sense to preserve these timeless and irreplaceable tapes... Highly recommended...
