I had to laugh at your FIBs  reference . We have that and a few other terms up here in Michigan. For those unfamiliar with the terminology it is a derogatory term for people from Illinois (mostly Chicago area) who tend to travel along the shore of Lake Michigan into other states flailing their attitude about.
I am sure the East coast has their NYC equivalent.
