This is admittedly a non-scientific survey, but:

My 13-yr-old tells me that none of his friends originally understood
what went wrong on SNL (that is understandable; we are in LA, and the
audio of the vocal miscue was deleted in the Pacific Coast version), and
that, even though they now know (from the net, TV, etc.), none of them
care, they still LOVE her.
