It's no secret on this newsgroup that I'm a huge Paul Revere & The Raiders fan (I still harbor the hope that we'll see a Bullseye Records tribute album in the near future)... 

I just "happened" on a PR&TR website that had a very detailed history of the band and, in the light of next month's Beatles' reissue that is causing so much hoopla on here, I love what they had to say at the end of the article...and I quote:
