It seems the rag that lavishes all things indie-trendy has given
some (albeit small) props to Power Pop in the latest issue
with an "essential" album guide to the genre by Doug Brod.

Anyone seen the list? Not surprised to see the obvious (Raspberries,
Big Star and Cheap Trick mentioned)...but cool to see the Posies
"Dear 23" and Silver Sun mentioned as well.

Maybe there's hope for SPIN after all...
