I got that box set of Fanny and it is a great collection.  You're right - "Hey Bulldog" is a blast.  There are so many fantastic songs on the set that I urge you to get a copy.  I don't know how many copies that Rhino Handmade released into the marketplace from their website but there are now a number of other retailers offering the boxed set like Collectors Choice and many Goldmine advertisers.
