I suspect I'm not the only one who pre-ordered Butch's "Letters" CD, so let me ask this of the others who have done so as well:  have you received yours yet, and, if so, did you get the bonus CD advertised by the Sony online store?  Because "Letters" showed up today...but without the bonus disc...and, given that that was a big reason I pre-ordered it, I'm hovering between bummed and annoyed...
