Greg -- Two songs of theirs are soaking in ELO like Madge's customers fingers in Palmolive -- "Let's Make a Rainbow" on the first album and especially "Nobody's Coming Home" on the second album. I'm not saying it's the essence of their sound, and maybe they never listened to ELO -- but those songs have melodies that are very Jeff Lynne.
